About Us
The owner of this business is Andrea Jones. She attended the New York Institute of Art and Design for Event Planning. With over 300 hours of schooling, she learned how to manage an event properly. From the initial planning, design, and coordinating she makes sure your event is a wonderful memory to last a lifetime!

The Importance of Being Prepared
In order to have a beautifully organized no hassle event, you have to have proper planning. Whether a wedding, anniversary, corporate function, school event, etc. you want it to go off without a hitch! 4 Girls will schedule an initial consultation. Due to covid, that can be done by phone or zoom call. From there a planning schedule will be created.

Why Your Opinion Matters
At 4 Girls Event Planning, we make sure to focus on the vision of the client. It is our job to work collectively with the client to make their dream a reality. We will ask a lot of questions during the consultation to make sure everyone is on the same page in regards to the vision. Before anything is set in stone, the client will of course have to confirm their wishes. We will make any changes the client wants to make during the process as needed, once all parties have the collective understanding of each assignment.
Need A Venue?
The Westin
The Westin is a gorgeous hotel in Huntsville, AL with indoor and outdoor event space. The Mediterranean Ballroom can host a reception of up to 800 loved ones. You could also look at making lasting memories in the Valencia Ballroom with oversized windows overlooking Lake Bridge Street.
Huntsville Botanical Gardens
This venue has natural beauty that adds a level of charm you won't soon forget. It host indoor and outdoor venues. The Grand Hall holds up to 350 seated guests, where Celebration Garden holds up to 250 guests. The Meadow at Lake Lonnie outdoors will seat 400 guests. The Carriage House has a rustic elegance to it, and holds 200 seated guests.
Mansfield Rustic Barn
Are you looking for a rustic venue space, that offers a reasonable budget with beauty and charm? Look no further! This event space has a full kitchen, a bar, stage, etc. The owners are great to work with! It is North of Huntsville between Harvest and Meridianville.
